About Us

Quirky Bird was aspired to by the husband and wife team, Rob Williams and Diana Kellogg. For several years they'd planned to open a store that would both serve as a place to resell their own finds, and help fill the need for other people to do the same. The flea market aspect became part of the picture as soon as they realized the high demand for that, too.

After sitting on a waiting list for a booth of their own for nearly two years, they just so happened to walk into Midtown Mall in March of 2025 to check on some furniture that they had on consignment there, and found out that they were soon to close. What timing! With no one in sight to open in their place, Rob & Diana could NOT let the opportunity pass. They sealed the deal with the building's landlord the following week! Thankfully, they just so happened to have been toying with their prospective business' name, and logo, a few months prior.

The month of April (and ONLY the month of April!) was spent cleaning, building, and filling the store as much as they could... before officially opening on May 1st.
