Flea Market Vendors

We are excited to provide our shoppers with a dynamic selection of quality, eclectic, vintage, antique, collectible, and designer finds! Our vendors are an essential makeup of all that our store has to offer. You can be sure that they are in the store refreshing and restocking their spaces, regularly!

Vendor Guidelines

If you're thinking about renting space with us, we do have some basic guidelines as to what we do and don't allow to make up the majority in our booths.
Please take note:

• We aim to maintain a slightly-upscale, somewhat-curated, mostly-vintage aesthetic in our flea market area. This includes vintage/retro (20+ years old), antiques, unique, collectible and/or other rare or highly sought-after items. This excludes modern or brand-new items, items purchased wholesale for resale (Temu, Amazon, etc.) and “yard sale” quality items. Excluded aesthetics are allowed, but must make up no more than 10% of the items displayed in your booth.

General terms:

• Booths are expected to be regularly maintained, cleaned, and appear presentable.
• All items in the booth should be clean, washed, and/or dusted as needed.
• Vendors will be required to price their own items with removable tags.
• Rent is charged at a rate of no more than $3.75 per square foot of space.
• Commission is retained in the amount of 12% of sales.

We have a couple booths coming available and/or being built that will be ready on or soon after Sept 1st.
